Nureca announces change in directorate

with effect from 26 March 2021 and 29 March 2021

Nureca announced that Smita Goyal (DIN-08929179) has resigned as the Director of the Company w.e.f. 26 March 2021.

Further, the Board of the company has appointed Dr. Vikram Chaudhery (DIN00509297) and Nitin Ravindra Bidikar (DIN-02472794) on the Board as the Additional Directors (independent) of the company from 29 March 2021.
