Outcome of board meeting of Assam Company India

Assam Company India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 17 October 2014, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Rakhi Agarwal as the Company Secretary.

2. Appointment of M/s. S. Sarkar & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company.

3. Other routine Board matters.
