CCL Products (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:

- Appointed G. V. Krishna Rao, IAS (Retd.) as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company in the capacity of Independent Director.
