Outcome of board meeting of Fortune Financial Services (India)

Fortune Financial Services (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015 has transacted the following -

Took note of completion of acquisition of the balance 31.81% stake of Inga Capital, thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 29 July 2015.

Reviewed and considered the draft letter of offer for the proposed rights issue.
