Outcome of board meeting of Golden Tobacco

Golden Tobacco announced that in order to get the permission from the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble BIFR and other requisite authority(s) if any, the Board of Director of the Company at their meeting held on 21 November 2014 have approved, with certain pre-conditions including prior approvals from Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble BIFR, the draft agreement to be entered into with Parmida Developers having Registered office at New Delhi 110001 for sale of the Company's property situated at Vile Parle (west) Mumbai 400056.
