Outcome of board meeting of Huhtamaki PPL

Huhtamaki PPL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 November 2015, took cognizance of the letter of resignation dated 04 November 2015 of Shashank Sinha as a Director of the Company. Accordingly, Sinha has ceased to be a director of the Company w.e.f. 04 November 2015.
