Kailash Auto Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2015, has transacted the following:1. A new corporate office of the Company be opened at Office No. 32 33, 199 Gopal Bhuvan, 2nd Floor, Shamaldas Gandhi Marg, Mumbai - 400002 with effect from 19 January 2015.
2. The board has given their consent to shift the registered office from the state of Uttar Pradesh to Maharashtra subject to the approval of shareholders and relevant statutory authorities that includes Reserve Bank of India and Regional Director.
3. The board has further formed a committee of two directors i.e. Bablu Prasad Keshari and Dipan Patel to execute the shifting process.
