Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 January 2016, inter alia, considered/approved the following business:1. Recommended the candidature of two Non Executive Directors viz. S.K. Kar and Sonia Jabbar, who were appointed as Additional Directors during the year for the approval of members at the said Annual General Meeting.
2. Approved the change of Statutory Auditors & Internal Auditors,
3. Approved the re-appointment of Secretarial Auditor & Cost Auditor.
