P I Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 11 February 2015, inter alia, has taken on record the certified true copy of the order dated 10 February 2015 issued by the Hon'ble Jodhpur High Court in respect of the final approval granted to the scheme of amalgamation of Parteek Finance & Investment Company with PI Industries.
