Outcome of board meeting of Swastika Investmart

Swastika Investmart announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 April 2016, has decided to buy 600 shares of Swastika Insurance Services from its shareholders and after this acquisition Swastika Insurance Services will become its wholly owned subsidiary.
