Welterman International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 October 2015, has transacted the following:

- The Board approves the appointment of Nirali Mehta as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 09 October 2015 and Narendra M. Patel cease to be a Compliance Officer w.e.f. 09 October 2015.
