Parenteral Drugs (India) announced that there is a Change in the company's directorate, due to appointment of Balkrishna V. Chaubal as Nominee Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 14 October 2015 pursuant to intimation of appointment received by the Company on 14 October 2015.
