Petronet LNG announces cessation of nominee director
Petronet LNG announced that Shashi Shanker (DIN - 06447938), Nominee Director, ONGC, has ceased to be the Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 1 April 2021 due to his retirement from the services of ONGC on attaining the age of superannuation on 31 March 2021.
