Long term bank facilities - CARE A-; Stable (revised from CARE BBB+; Stable)

PNC Raebareli Highways
Long term bank facilities (senior debt) - CARE AA; Stable (reaffirmed)
Long term bank facilities (subordinate debt) - CARE AA-; Stable (reaffirmed)
