Prakash Constrowell announces change in directorate

With effect from 28 May 2014

Prakash Constrowell announced that the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Ramniwas Hariram Rathi as an Independent Additional Director in place of Hemant Motilal Rathi through passing a circular resolution dated 28 May 2014.

Ramnivas Hariram Rathi is also being appointed as a Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of Remuneration Committee.
