Pratiksha Chemicals cancels Final Dividend

The Board of Pratiksha Chemicals at the meeting held on 1 September 2021 decided to conserve the cash for conducting its business operations smoothly, as far as may be, given the uncertainties associated with the covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the dividend recommended in the previous board meeting is fully withdrawn.
