PSL announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 03 August 2016 has appointed Nikita Bansal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 08 August 2016, pursuant to section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulations 6(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
