State Bank of Travancore announces resignation of director

With effect from 01 August 2016

State Bank of Travancore announced that V. G. Kannan, State Bank of India's Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Bank under Section 25 (1) (c) of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 has resigned from the post of Director of the Bank with effect from 01 August 2016 on account of his superannuation from the services of State Bank of India.
