PVV Infra to hold board meeting

PVV Infra will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 June 2015, to discuss and approve the agreement for coal handling contract for 5 (five) years with a renewal clause with M/s. Mahanadi Coalfields (A subsidiary of coal India), to consider and approve the appointment of V B Subramanyam Reddy as additional Director on the Board, and to discuss and consider the resignation of Srinivasa Appala as Director.
