Raghav Productivity Enhancers has fixed 9 May 2018 as the ''Record Date'' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 2:5 [i.e. 2(Two) Bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 5(Five) existing fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each].
