Real Estate shares fall
Real Estate stocks were trading in the negative zone, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index falling 35.38 points or 1.66% at 2098.11 at 13:52 IST.
Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 2.47%), Godrej Properties Ltd (down 2.31%),Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 2.15%),Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 1.58%),Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 1.55%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (down 1.4%), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (down 1.19%), Omaxe Ltd (down 1.13%), DLF Ltd (down 0.96%), and Sobha Ltd (down 0.41%).
At 13:52 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 169.01 or 0.44% at 38578.49.
The Nifty 50 index was up 52.4 points or 0.47% at 11303.4.
The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 45.18 points or 0.33% at 13597.61.
The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 4.91 points or 0.1% at 4717.68.
On BSE,1223 shares were trading in green, 1028 were trading in red and 151 were unchanged.
