Real Estate shares fall
Real Estate stocks were trading in the negative zone, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index falling 21.04 points or 1.47% at 1411.37 at 13:53 IST.
Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Sobha Ltd (down 4.99%), Godrej Properties Ltd (down 3.81%),Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 3.02%),Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 1.95%),DLF Ltd (down 1.54%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 1.38%), and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (down 1.35%).
On the other hand, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (up 4.91%), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (up 2.12%), and Omaxe Ltd (up 0.45%) moved up.
At 13:53 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 505.47 or 1.65% at 31142.18.
The Nifty 50 index was up 133.45 points or 1.49% at 9114.9.
The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 9.78 points or 0.09% at 10574.63.
The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 2.15 points or 0.06% at 3703.19.
On BSE,1038 shares were trading in green, 1168 were trading in red and 155 were unchanged.
