Rico Auto Industries announces change in CFO

With effect from 01 April 2015

Rico Auto Industries announced Sanjay Syal, Chartered Accountant has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2015.

O. P. Aggarwal has relinquished the charge of CFO w.e.f. 31 March 2015. He has now been appointed as Chief Advisor (Finance & Accounts) of the Company and appointed as Director on the Board of Rico Investments Limited, a Subsidiary Company, besides he remains as director In other Group Companies.
