Security & Intelligence Services India allots 56,760 equity shares under ESOP
Security & Intelligence Services India has allotted 56,760 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on 25 November 2020 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Plan.
The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,52,20,010/- divided into 14,70,44,002 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
