Sellwin Traders announced that Prakash Kumar Panda have tender his resignation from the post of Company Secretary w.e.f. 16 June 2015 and the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting has appointed Sneh Gupta, an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries to fill the vacancy caused. Sneh Gupta will be acting as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company in terms of clause 47a of the Listing Agreement.Sneh Gupta, will attend all matters relating Stock Exchange, SEBl, ROC and all Investors Grievances.
