Reliance Capital announced that the listing of Reliance Home Finance is scheduled on 22 September 2017 at BSE and National Stock Exchange of India.All Shareholders of Reliance Capital have already received one free share of Reliance Home Finance for every share held in Reliance Capital as on Record Date i.e. 06 September 2017.
The transfer was earlier approved by an overwhelming majority of 99.59 per cent votes in favour of the Scheme of Arrangement at the Tribunal-convened general shareholders meeting held on 24 July 2017, and other requisite approvals have duly been received.
Reliance Capital will hold a 51 per cent stake in Reliance Home Finance and the Company will be adequately capitalised to grow the lending book multi-fold in the future.
Reliance Home Finance has Assets under management (including securitized portfolio) of Rs.13,022 crore (US$ 2.0 billion) as of 30 June 2017.
