Simplex Realty consolidated net profit declines 5.45% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 23.53% to Rs 0.21 crore

Net profit of Simplex Realty declined 5.45% to Rs 0.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 0.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 23.53% to Rs 0.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 0.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 221.82% to Rs 1.77 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 0.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales declined 52.40% to Rs 1.98 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 4.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
