admitted against Sintex Prefab and Infra, Wholly-Owned Material Subsidiary of the Company
vide Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad bench order dated 24 February,2021
and Chandra Prakash Jain has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional.
