SIS allots 1.27 lakh equity shares under ESOP

SIS has allotted 127,260 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on 24 February 2021 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Plan.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 74,01,18,060/- divided into 14,80,23,612 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
