Spandana Sphoorty Financial allots NCDs aggregating Rs 63.60 crore

Spandana Sphoorty Financial has allotted 6360 (Six Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty) 10 Year, Senior, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Listed, Principle Protected Market Linked (G-Sec), Non-Convertible Debentures (Tranche 4 Debentures) of face value of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each, at par, on a private placement basis to Incred Capital Inclusion Advisory Services Private Limited and Incred Financial Services Limited (the Allottees), in demat form, in consideration of an aggregate amount of Rs.63.60 crore.
