Strides Shasun consolidated net profit rises 2877.43% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 3.89% to Rs 888.41 crore

Net profit of Strides Shasun rose 2877.43% to Rs 131.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 4.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 3.89% to Rs 888.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 924.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 369.48% to Rs 445.96 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 94.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 21.70% to Rs 3483.42 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 2862.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
