Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers announces appointment of company secretary

With effect from 16 July 2014

Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers announced that V. Sivakumar, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 16 July 2014. Hitherto, the post of Company Secretary was also held by A. Velliangiri, Dy. Managing Director.

Further, Thiru V. Sivakumar, Company Secretary is also nominated as Compliance Officer.
