Tata Global Beverages standalone net profit rises 627.81% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 2.93% to Rs 696.57 crore

Net profit of Tata Global Beverages rose 627.81% to Rs 43.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 6.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.93% to Rs 696.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 676.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 21.86% to Rs 276.00 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 226.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.58% to Rs 3063.89 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 2986.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
