Tata Steel announces acquisition of additional equity stake in Tata Steel Minerals Canada

Tata Steel announced that the indirect subsidiaries of the company, T S Global Minerals Holdings (TSGMH) and TSMUK, have concluded the following cashless transaction:

1. New Millennium Iron Corp. (NML) has transferred its entire interest i.e. 4.32% in Tata Steel Minerals Canada (TSMC) (an indirect subsidiary of TSL) to TSMUK;

2. NML has purchased for cancellation, TSGMH's entire interest i.e. 47,402,908 common shares (26.18%) held in NML.
