Under distribution franchisee agreement entered into with MSEDCL

Torrent Power announced that based on the Letter of Intent and Distribution franchisee agreement entered into with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL), MSEDCL has handed over the Shil, Mumbra & Kalwa sub-divisions under Thane Urban Circle, Maharashtra and its operations to the Company on 1 March, 2020 at 00.00 hrs.
