Tube Investments of India allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Tube Investments of India has on 16 December 2015 allotted 38,520 equity shares of Rs.2/- each consequent to exercise of stock options by eligible employees under the ESOS 2007.

With this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased to 18,72,93,038 and paid up equity share capital is Rs 37,45,86,076.
