Uflex announces closure of its subsidiary in Brazil

Uflex has wound up its wholly owned subsidiary - Flex P. Films (Brasil) Comercio De Films Plasticos on account of change in strategy. The subsidiary was incorporated in Brazil to undertake sales and marketing activities for wide range of Plastic films produced by Uflex group.
