UFO Moviez India makes further investment in PLEXIGO and ZINGLIN

UFO Moviez India announced that the company has subscribed for 5000 numbers of Non-Cumulative Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCOCRPS) of Rs. 1,000 each aggregating to Rs. 50 lakh of PLEXIGO Entertainment and has also subscribed for 10,991 numbers of NCOCRPS of Rs. 1,000 each aggregating to Rs. 1.09 crore of ZINGLIN Media.
