Ugro Capital announced that the Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (Committee) at its meeting held today has inter alia approved issue of 460 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-convertible Debentures each bearing a face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- aggregating up to Rs 46 crore, for cash, at par, in dematerialised form, on a private placement basis.
