Viksit Engineering announces change in company secretary and compliance officer
With effect from 01 December 2016
Viksit Engineering announced that Anuj Nema has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. closing working hours of 30 November 2016.Further, Sumit Shivhare, a qualified Company Secretary, has joined the Company as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. 01 December 2016.
