VJIL Consulting announced that the Registrar of companies, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana approved the change of name of the Company from "VJIL Consulting " to "Athena Global Technologies" with effect from 28 October 2015.

The Company have received the fresh certificate of incorporation form the Registrar of companies, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
