Volumes jump at Joonktollee Tea & Industries counter

Bayer Cropscience, TI Financial Holdings, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail and Vishal Fabrics are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 2 November 2017.

Joonktollee Tea & Industries clocked volume of 3.33 lakh shares by 14:15 IST on BSE, a 387.05-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock was locked at 5% upper circuit at Rs 166.95.

Bayer Cropscience notched up volume of 1.69 lakh shares, a 237.59-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock declined 1.86% to Rs 3,760.

TI Financial Holdings saw volume of 1.64 lakh shares, a 34.45-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 5,000 shares. The stock dropped 0.97% at Rs 600.

 

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail saw volume of 19.13 lakh shares, a 27.83-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 69,000 shares. The stock rose 0.23% to Rs 151.50.

Vishal Fabrics clocked volume of 2.66 lakh shares, a 20.48-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 13,000 shares. The stock was flat at Rs 245.
