Winsome Breweries announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 09 September 2015

Winsome Breweries announced that Anupam Agr, who was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned with effect from 09 September 2015 and Rahul Kumar Jain, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in compliance of clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement with effect from 09 September 2015.
