Woodsvilla has fixed 05 April 2019 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for Sub-division of One (1) Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up into Two (2) equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up.
