Jubilant FoodWorks' President quits
Food service company Jubilant FoodWorks on Monday reported that its President and Chief Financial Officer Sachin Sharma has resigned.
According to the company, its Board of Directors will appoint "a successor in due course".
"Sachin Sharma, President and CFO and key managerial personnel of the company, has resigned from the services of the company. His last working day will be July 21, 2017," the firm informed the BSE.
The announcement came after the company reported its standalone quarterly results to the BSE.
The company's standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 30 zoomed by 25.54 per cent to Rs 23.84 crore to Rs 18.99 crore reported for the corresponding period of last fiscal.
