UP township offers flats and penthouses

Uttar Pradesh Township Private Ltd, a joint venture of the Chadha group and the Uppal group, has launched a variety of apartments and penthouses named "Plumeria Homes" in Lucknow.

The apartments come in four categories--2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 3-bedroom-plus-helper room, and 4-bedroom-plus-helper room.

Talking about the integrated township, Manpreet Singh Chadha, director, Chadha group, said: "The Plumeria Homes will set a new benchmark in residential projects and the construction for all the 18 towers is in full swing."

The group is coming up with about 900 flats which will be ready by 24 months from now.The area covered under this project is 1.6 million square feet.
