1.2 kg ganja seized, one arrested

A 55-year old man was arrested and 1.2 kg of ganja was seized from his possession here today, police said.

Acting on a tip off, a police patrol team nabbed one Jayasheelan moving around in a suspicious manner at Peelamedu in the city and on a search found the narcotics on his person, they said.

The value of the same is to be estimated, police said.
