10-year-old boy drowns

A 10-year-old boy drowned in

Gadisar pond here after he accidentally slipped into it, police said today.

Pankaj Soni had come with his mother for a walk around the famous pond yesterday when he slipped into it and drowned, police said.

He was taken out of the pond and rushed to a government hospital where he was declared dead, they said.
