Two brothers were killed and three women injured in a road accident in Bihar's West Champaran district today, a police officer said.
The mishap took place near Gurwalia Jamuna chowk as speeding jeep crushed two brothers riding a motorcycle to death after they fell down from the bike, Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Sanjay Kumar Jha said.
The victims were identified as Pradeep Kumar (30) and his younger brother Saheb Kumar (27), he said.

The jeep after crushing the two brothers lost control and overturned and fell into a ditch as a result three women were injured, Jha said.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem and the injured persons admitted to a hospital for treatment, the SDPO said.
The jeep driver escaped from the spot even as the vehicle has been impounded for probe, he added.
