Adani Transmission raises Rs 500 cr via NCDs

Adani Transmission, a part of diversified Adani Group, today said it has raised Rs 500 crore by allotment of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.

"The company has raised Rs 500 crore...On June 3, 2016 by allotment of 5,000 rated, listed, taxable, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures...On private placement basis," Adani Transmission said in a BSE filing.

The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE, the filing added.

A few days back, the company said it has raised Rs 750 crore by allotment of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.

Adani Transmission operates over 5,000 circuit km of transmission lines across western and northern regions of India along with 12,000 MVA transformation capacity.
